Pumpkin Oil is an incredibly versatile dressing or finishing oil. It is used extensively in Bavaria, Austria, Slovenia and Croatia. Drizzle the oil on pasta, rissotto, soups, stews, steamed vegetables, cooked meats, cold meats and vanilla ice cream. Its unique nutty flavour and magical appearance (it is red and green at the same time) make this oil a kitchen must have!

We produce, bottle and label our own oil with our Slovenian friends. It is of the highest quality and is stocked in some of the Europes finest delicatessens such as Fortnum and Mason, London and La Grand Epicerie of Paris. Dont be fooled by lesser quality Pumpkin Oils that are often heated, treated and diluted. This oil is cold pressed and extra virgin, entirely produced by hand.
